My focus in this role has been on elevating design quality, maturing UX processes, and fostering cross-functional alignment to deliver high value, user-centric solutions.

Design Lead for Meta's Remote Presence Team, focused on creating real-time virtual experiences that bring people together across Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. Led 0-to-1 initiatives, including audio and video call experiences, in-call content sharing, and large-group call dynamics.

I spent six years at Google, progressing from Senior Designer on the Ads platform to Manager on the Cloud team. Initially focused on customer support tools, I transitioned to establishing and leading a team of 11 designers and researchers dedicated to user trust and data security. I designed internal and external service models, championing a UX-first approach to security and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement innovative, user-centric solutions at scale.
